MetLife Japan will hold a symposium as one of the official side events of "Shine Weeks" which is part of "The World Assembly for Women in Tokyo: WAW! 2016" hosted by the Government of Japan.
What can we do to help our society prepare for a declining birth rate and an aging society? Inviting leaders from both the public and private sectors to discuss and share best practices of companies and individuals in leveraging diverse work styles to promote continued growth.
Everyone who is interested in this theme can participate in the symposium. Please pre-register by following the instructions below. In the case that applicants are oversubscribed, participants will be selected by a random lottery.
We hope this opportunity will promote dialogue that influences working women as well as men, in order to encourage men's support for women's success and create a diversified workplace at all companies and organizations in Japan.
Please join the symposium and delve deeper to explore "A society where women shine".
