MetLife Japan will hold a symposium as one of the official side events of "Shine Weeks" which is part of "The World Assembly for Women in Tokyo: WAW! 2015" hosted by the Government of Japan.
What steps should we take to create a society where women shine? We will discuss this priority issue and next actions to take from both women's and men's perspectives. Everyone who is interested in this theme can participate in the symposium. Please pre-register by following the instructions below. In the case that applicants are oversubscribed, participants will be selected by a random lottery.
The key theme for this symposium is women's and men's perspectives. Keynote speeches will be given by both a woman and man speaker, followed by panel discussions to highlight different perspectives. The discussions will be held on "Key For Success - Let's Take Action!" for women and "Men's Role in Supporting Women".
We hope this opportunity will promote dialogue that influences working women as well as men, in order to encourage men's support for women's success and create a diversified workplace at all companies and organizations in Japan.
Please join the symposium and delve deeper to explore "A society where women shine".
