ご提出いただく個人情報の取扱いについて

情報を収集する目的

当社では当社及び当社グループ企業での採用審査（バックグラウンドチェック、リファレンスチェック、その他の確認手続を含みます）の参考とすること及び採用後の人事管理等の資料とすることを目的として職歴、職能及び就業に際しての希望条件等の個人情報のご提出をお願いしています。業務内容や合理的配慮の観点から障がいについての情報の開示をお願いする場合があります。

情報の第三者提供

当社では、下記の場合を除いて、ご提出いただいた個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。

• 求人企業（グループ企業・Metropolitan Life Insurance Companyに限る）へ提供する場合
• 就業企業（グループ企業・Metropolitan Life Insurance Companyに限る）と共同利用する場合
• 法令により提供を求められる場合
• 人の生命、身体又は財産の保護のために必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
• 公衆衛生の向上又は児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることが困難である場合
• 国の機関若しくは地方公共団体又はその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、本人の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
• 利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において、業務を外部へ委託する場合^＊
• ご本人の同意がある場合

＊利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内において個人情報の取扱いの業務の一部または全部を海外を含む委託先に提供する場合がありますが、この場合、当社は適切な委託先を選定するとともに委託契約を締結し、委託先における個人情報の取扱状況を確認するなど適切に監督しています。

情報の共同利用

情報の収集方法

適法かつ適正な手段によって、ご本人の個人情報を収集いたします。具体的には、当社への応募資料等をご請求いただく際の当社ホームページへの入力、応募に必要な書類等により収集する方法等があります。特に、当社のウェブサイトでは個人情報をご提出いただくにあたり、安全に送受信ができるよう、暗号化通信プロトコルであるSSLを採用しております。

情報の管理方法

当社はご提出いただいた個人情報の保存にあたり、法令等により要請される、組織的、技術的、人的な安全管理措置を実施し、個人情報への不当なアクセス、個人情報の紛失・破壊・改ざん・漏洩等が行われることを防止するため、万全を尽くしています。また、当社の委託を受けてデータ処理等を行う会社にも、同様に厳重な管理を行わせています。

ご本人からの開示、訂正、利用停止などのご請求

Purpose of collecting information

The Company requests you to submit personal information including work history, professional ability, and desired conditions upon employment for the purpose of being referred to in the assessment for employment (background checking, reference checking, and other checking procedures) at the Company or its group companies, as well as for the personnel management after employment. Provision of information to a third party

The Company will not provide submitted personal information to any third party excluding the following cases:

- For the case of providing to a recruiting company (limited to group companies/Metropolitan Life Insurance Company)

- For the case of using jointly with a hiring company (limited to group companies/Metropolitan Life Insurance Company)

- For the case of being requested by laws and regulations

- If required to protect the life, body or property of a person and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent

- If especially necessary to improve public health or to promote well-being of children and it is difficult to obtain the individual's consent

- If necessary to cooperate with the execution of business stipulated under laws and regulations by a national government organization or a local government organization, or a person or entity entrusted by either a national government organization or a local government organization, and when there is a risk of impeding the execution of the business due to obtaining the individual’s consent

How to collect information

The Company will collect personal information on individuals through legal and appropriate means. Request for disclosure, correction, termination of use, etc. by the individual
